1. Who we are

This website, clarvio.store, and the store at shop.clarvio.store (together, the “Site”) are operated by Conversion Flow Inc (“Clarvio”, “we”, “us”), a corporation registered in the State of Colorado, USA, with its principal office at 2355 W 136th Ave, Suite A112, Broomfield, CO 80023, USA. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Warranty, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to display colours and images as faithfully as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly. Our products are non-prescription consumer eyewear. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or vision condition. Statements such as “designed to” or “may help” describe intended use and are not a promise of any particular result.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. In the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Promotions and discounts

Promotional prices, bundle discounts and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Bundle pricing applies to the full bundle; see the Refund & Return Policy for partial returns.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, resale, or an error in price or stock, and we may limit quantities per customer. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, and defects by our Warranty.

8. Communications

By providing your email address and phone number you agree that we may send you transactional messages about your order (confirmations, shipping and delivery updates). We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm the content is your own, truthful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, the Clarvio name and logo, product designs, text and images are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty, the Site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable US federal law. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
