Frequently asked questions
Can Clarvio Visio replace my reading and distance glasses?
Clarvio Visio combines near-to-far adaptive lenses in one pair, designed for everyday tasks like reading small print, checking your phone and seeing signs at a distance. It is non-prescription eyewear; a custom prescription may still be necessary for diagnosed eye conditions or individual vision needs.
Do the lenses really darken outdoors?
Yes. The light-responsive coating darkens in bright outdoor light within seconds and returns to clear indoors. Behind a car windshield (which blocks much UV light) the tint will be lighter.
Do they filter blue light?
Yes. A blue-light filter is built into the lens and is designed to add comfort during long screen sessions. It does not treat any eye condition.
Do they need charging or batteries?
No. There is nothing to charge and nothing to replace.
Do I need an eye exam or prescription?
No prescription is needed to buy Clarvio Visio. We always recommend regular eye exams with a licensed professional.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–9 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed to you.
What if they don’t fit or I don’t like them?
Email us within 90 days of delivery, return the glasses in their original packaging, and we refund the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
