This Privacy Policy explains how Conversion Flow Inc (“Clarvio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit clarvio.store or shop.clarvio.store (the “Site”) or buy from us.

Information we collect

  • Order information you give us at checkout: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you buy. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) and are not stored by us.
  • Device and usage information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email or through our contact form.

How we use information

  • To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and provide customer support.
  • To screen orders for fraud and protect the Site.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting requirements. We use HTTPS encryption across the Site and reputable processors for payments. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
