What is Clarvio Visio?
Non-prescription adaptive eyewear that combines near-to-far adaptive lenses, a light-responsive tint and a blue-light filter in one lightweight pair. See the product page for full specifications.
Is Clarvio Visio a medical device?
No. It is a consumer eyewear product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an eye condition or need a prescription, consult your eye-care professional.
Will it fit me?
The frame is a unisex design that fits most adult faces; dimensions are listed on the product page. If it does not fit, our 90-day guarantee applies.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (processed by Stripe), plus PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted (HTTPS) and card details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
What will appear on my card statement?
Purchases appear as CLARVIO on your statement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Email support@conversionflow.online with your order number as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in China. They are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–9 business days after dispatch, with tracking. US import duties are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet. We currently ship only to US addresses.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
90-day money-back guarantee: return the product in its original packaging within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is paid by the customer. Full details are on the Refund & Return Policy page.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship (for example hinge failure or lens-coating delamination), with free replacement. Scratches and accidental damage are not covered. See the Warranty page.
